The group’s vision is to be the
leader in the production of metal parts
in Thailand and to qualify for all universal
standards. This is backed up by a quality
policy that aims for quality work in every
process, operating under universal
standards, to achieve the highest level
of customer satisfaction.
The group’s ‘quality objectives’
show a determination to hold on to
basic values. There are only four of
them: providing customer satisfaction;
delivering on time; being eco-friendly;
and continuing to develop.
It sees the achievement of
customer satisfaction as essential to
its sustainability and a straightforward
key to success. All of the group’s
products must be made as specified
in the drawings and they must be
ready-to-use and problem-free, both
before and after use.
O.E.I. group believes that its prices
must be profitable, yet acceptable to
customers. It supports the ‘practical’
principle that better quality goods should
cost more than those of lower quality.
In underlining the importance of
delivery on time, it makes the point
that auto-makers, for example, do not
keep large stocks, but request goods
from suppliers in specific amounts at
specific times. This makes delivery
ontime a vital issue.
