2.4. Subcellular localization of MaC2H2 proteins
The coding regions of two MaC2H2s were amplified and cloned
into the pEAQ-GFP vectors (kindly gifted by Dr. George P.
Lomonossoff), then the fusion constructs and positive control
vector were transformed into the Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain
GV3101, respectively. The primers for construction are listed in
