2.3 Physical performances and methods of assessment
Physical performance is defined as the ability to perform a physical activity which is sometimes called physical fitness. Levels of physical performance depend on skill, health and physiological components. Skills related to components of physical performances including balance, agility, coordination, power, speed and reaction time. Furthermore, health components related to ability to perform activities necessary in daily life including muscle strength, cardiovascular function, endurance, body composition and flexibility.
