Control and monitor field force Headcount in responsible area
Update and follow up recruitment status with HQ, Regional team and Agency
Monitor Promoter sell out low Performance and Feedback to HQ / Regional Manager
Coordinate with Agency and field force staffs over Compensation and benefit
Update Field force allocation Area with Regional team
Centralize HQ announcement and distribute to Field force staffs
Organize routine meeting and Team building
Managing Filed force KPI in accordance to HQ direction
Monthly self-audits to monitor Promoter work discipline
Position Requirement:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Humanities, Psychology or any related fields.
At least 2 years of HR functions, Accounting or other equivalent experiences in consumer or FMCG industry
Experiences in HRM functions, especially C&B will be advantage
Good knowledge in MS especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Able to work well under pressure with accuracy and punctuality oriented
Able to relocate and flexible for travelling with own car
