The oenological parameters of wines are presented in Table 1,
and the results show that CSV40 and MV40 wines have alcohol
contents of >15.0mL/100 mL, which classifies these samples as
liqueur wines according to international oenological practices (OIV,
2014). The higher alcohol content in the wines elaborated with
dehydrated grapes is attributable to the effect of the sugar concentration
in the grapes during the dehydration process, as noted
by Panceri et al. (2013). A high alcohol content is a common feature
in wines made from dried grapes, such as Amarone and Recioto
(Dall'Asta, Cirlini, Morini, & Galaverna, 2011; Loizzo et al., 2013).
