The biggest problem is that there are a few versions of engine manegement that it could be designed for.
If it's designed for a MAP ECU or a non O2 ECU it probably won't work with a US ECU. The same applies whether it's an ECU or a piggyback.
I would look at it as something cool to hang on a shelf. If you actually need fuel and spark control there are going to be many much better options.
The AEM F/IC is not even twice the price and would work so much better you couldn't even classify them in the same category.

The last question is do you really need fuel control?
I have a GZE ECU running a blacktop with 11:1 compression on a T25 turbo and with some tweaking my AFRs are fine. The biggest thing holding me back is spark control.
One of my customers just hit 146 WHP with 11:1 compression and poncams on the stock NA ECU and an adjustable FPR. Believe it or not without the FPR he was running a little too rich. His AFRs aren't perfect but he wouldn't see huge gains from optimized fuel control. Again fully programmable spark control would benefit him much more.
