1. Basic Policy
The Asahi Breweries Group recognizes all our stakeholders as “customers”
who provide us with support, starting with the consumers of our
products and also including shareholders, investors, suppliers, employees
and local communities. To ensure our corporate activities satisfy
all these “customers” and to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving business
environment, we have identified corporate governance as a priority
for management. We are therefore striving to strengthen Group
management, reinforce our relationship of trust with society and
enhance our social responsibility and management transparency.
