wITHouT coNTRAST ENHANCEMENT Bifrontal chronic subdural hematomas ar seen since foor anterior cranial fossa and 7 cm maximum thickness on the right cm thickness on the left Well defined but irregular hypodensity areas in both frontal lobes are noted considered to be areas of gliosis. No mass effect upon ventricle or midline shift is noted. Cerebral atrophy is evidence. IMPRESSION: Bifrontal chronic subdural hematoma Bifrontal brain gliosis.
