Model Time Frame
Most simulation models can be classified as either
terminating or steady-state. This classification is based
upon system characteristics and impacts the method use to
generate a confidence interval.
Terminating
A terminating system is one in which there is a specific
starting condition (typically empty) and a stopping
condition.
Example: Servicing customers in a bank that is open
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
