Delivery is not meet customer’s requirement. (Example Finished 3May 2012 while MV ETS 3 May 2012)
Dear who may it concern,
We sent you the declaration for above contract since ….. We just received produce finished date from you today and we are extremely surprise a reason delivery is not meet customer’s requirement and it’s delay over ….. week which it will dynamic impact to customer’s production and create the loss of opportunity. Moreover, customers will pay penalty if they / he can’t produce aluminium profile and delivery to their customer on time. / his customer on time.
We therefore implore you to reconsider about this matter as top priority and attempt to speed up delivery for them/ him.
We have pleasure to inform you that we have some solution which it’ll facilitate about this matter as below;
Solution-I
Speed up delivery merely 3days a reason MV…. shall leave from port on 3 May 2012 therefore, it’ll impossible to loading by MV…… if your production remain finished on 3 May 2012.
Please ship above order by MV…….. which it will leave from DUBAL on 5/May/2012
Pleaser reallocate metal from customer (A)SC…… to SC….. (Customer B)
