This research study aimed to study the level of perception and understanding about the Public Sector Management (PMQA): A Case Study of personnel from Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Disease. By comparison with the personal factors, the perception channel and communication channel. The sample of study is 97 staffs from government employee. Research instrument used for the data collection was a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed by the percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research study were found that
1) The perception and understanding about the Public Sector Management (PMQA) of personnel from Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Disease was high level.
It was found that the knowledge and information management were 2.75 on average, administration of the organization were 2.63 on average and human resources development were 2.56 on average.
2) The level of perception and understanding about the Public Sector Management (PMQA) different depending on personal factors. Comparison of age factor found that personal aged 20-29 years had the most recognizably and understandably. The second was aged 30-39 years. The comparison showed that the level of education. Education Bachelor’s degree was recognized as possible. Followed by a Master’s degree and higher. The comparison showed that the duration of work at Department of Disease Control. The performance period was found to be less than 2 years has to recognize and understand as much as possible so the task duration is 3-5 years ago.
3) Comparison of perception channel about the Public Sector Management (PMQA) found that the leader of the Group is mostly secondary is a meeting and a colleague. The communication channel from the head of the Group as the most appropriate channel. The meeting is the second, and electronic mail (E-mail).
