8.11 Rental Guarantee; Seller covenants and guarantees with and to the Buyer to pay a rental return for the first 5 years after the Registration Date of the rate at 7% from Price Includes Furniture in clause 13.1 per annum, and this rental return shall be payable on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth anniversary of the Transfer. The Seller allows the Buyer 14 day’s periods stay per year in the unit during 5 years within May 1st to October 31st. Dates of stay must be in accordance with both parties The Seller and The Buyer with option to switch to Pool Rental Program within 1 months.
8.12 Management of the development; Best Western for the management of the all development under the brand of Best Western Premier which will be in charge to manage the Common Property in accordance with the Regulations of the Condominium Juristic Person and will manage the all development as Hotel under the brand of Best Western Premier being in charge of the all hotel services and rental of units which owners decide to enter into the Pool Rental Program.
