Regarding TH207 & TH119, the devices at store are disconnected before. My support colleague Ricky has sent emails about these stores to your local team (he also copy you) for checking but always get no reply. Those devices are then connected again automatically and data are sent back. The recovered data will appear in the data file of past 7 days version sent tonight.
For TH106, the missing are now sent back automatically. We also get no reply from your end regarding this although we’ve sent email to your team for checking before. I’ll ask UK to re-generate data files of this store since Oct 15 and send them to you once they’re ready.
