Marketing Director
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategies and campaigns creation (online & offline)
- Create both long-term and short-term marketing strategic plan, define project directions, action plan
- Handle cost projection and management
- Carry out plans and coordinate with CEO / CTO / and other managers
2. Public Relations
- Set a plan and its model in creating media/ ads/ IMC
- Control and examine media’s quality/ ads/ PR/ Marketing events
- Support and maintain good relationship and connection with media partners
3. Development (launch new product, improve old product)
- Plan, research, analyze the market to improve old products, develop new product
- Analyze the risk and of each product and tasks to offer various choices to the management team
4. Follow up team’s performance and KPI report
5. General Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing
- Preferred to be within 26 - 40 years of age.
- Have direct experiences in sales or marketing for at least 5 years (experiences in managerial level is a plus)
- Have a strong command of both online and offline marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of mobile, PC, and console gamers’ behaviors
- Excellent analysis and planning skill, love to work with data
- Flexible, highly creative, not afraid to make decisions under pressure and uncertainties
- Able to solve immediate problems, positive thinking
- Proficiency in English communication
I think the important for Qualifications is “Excellent analysis and planning skill, love to work with data” Because if we have to analyze the situation in the current market, we will have a good marketing plan as well.
