Judy Noerr founded The Noerr Programs in 1981, building upon her background in dance, theater and fine arts education. Now recognized as a national leader in digital event imaging and innovative marketing, Judy Noerr and her partner, Philip J. Byrne II, provide the spirit and inspiration for this enterprise from corporate headquarters in Colorado.
Judy Noerr is living her dream, serving as co-CEO and chief marketing officer of The Noerr Programs, the only national digital event imaging company owned and inspired by a woman. Her company deploys more than 300 professional Santas and more than 2,000 employees nationwide during the Holiday season alone, allowing Judy to combine her love for the Holidays and the performing arts into an enterprise that focuses on providing a magical experience for each and every guest visiting a Noerr-operated set.
Judy’s love for the Holidays began early in life. At just nine years of age, she sold custom Christmas cards. In high school she taught ballet, later becoming a member of the Dallas Civic Ballet. After securing a degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University, Judy owned several ballet schools which she expanded to an enrollment of 450 students. Her production credits include “The Nutcracker” as well as “Peter Rabbit and the Tales of Beatrice Potter” with full symphony orchestra. Judy’s focus on dance, love of children and the performing arts served as the springboard for her entry into the production of shopping center grand openings and themed events in 1981.
