Therefore, baits were collected only twice – 17 February 2003 (month 3; 25 samples) and 20 May 2003 (month 6; 25 samples). Sixty samples (ca 30 cm long, 1–2.5 cm diameter) of naturally decaying M. liliifera, that had fallen to the ground under the trees, were also collected from areas alongside the stream for general fungal diversity assessment.
