Emergency Committee and First Response Team Guidelines
Overview
• Due to the unstable situation in Bangkok and surroundings, we are asked to immediately create an emergency committee with the hotel.
• All committee members must be reachable 24/7 during the crisis and have to ensure that their mobile phone is always charged and on.
• All the first responder team is certified by Municipality related to emergency cases and First Aid where the training takes place every 3 months/ evacuation training takes place twice years.
• Emergency committee meeting will take place at the Executive meeting room.
• Each member will ensure that his/her department’s heads as well as all staff member are properly informed of decisions taken and actions planned.
• The staff (internal) call center will be the Extension 1234 (Call center) this line is for any staff to communicate or retrieve information.
• Guests call center will be number 0.
• All guest communication will be handled by the Duty/Night Manager.
• All public communication will be handles by the PR Manager after consult with GM/Board director.
