Years had passed and she had given it her all. She had tried her best to be the (F/n) (L/n) she used to be before the words pierced right through her heart in so many painful ways. Lazark had always stayed by her side. She had never felt safer before. She appreciated his presence.
But her dreams were yet to be fulfilled. She kept trying, Lazark helped her too. He did not wish to let her down anymore. He wanted to be there to always support her. He wanted to be there where she'd catch her if she ever fell. Everything would be fine if Lazark was there for her, wouldn't it? Her dreams were still far away, but she wouldn't gave up. She needed to keep trying. And she would not letted the words pierced through her.
But the voices were still in her head. Mocking her all the time she tried to keep her facade. She had to keep trying. The voices would sometimes mix and mocked her all together. At those times Lazark would kept her in his arms.
"Are you okay?" He asked again.
"I'm fine." She forced a smile.
He furrowed his eyebrows, "You don't look fine."
She chuckled, "No, I'm fine." But he knew, the words were gone with the wind. He sighed, giving up on trying to make her speak up, "Fine. But if anything's bothering you, tell me. Okay?" He said, caressing his lover's cheek gently. She only gave a curt nod.
