2.6. Statistical analysis
Analyses were carried out in triplicates in this study. A multiple
linear regression equation was developed where a correlation between
the triglycerides of blends 1 to 10 and their properties, and the coefficients
of triglycerides were determined. The differences between the
estimated and experimental values were determined, as they indicated
the residual values. One-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA)
was used to test the variations between the percent of different triglycerides
in various blends. Statistical significance (p b 0.05) among them
was considered controlling the experimental variables such as blending
ratios and triglycerides. The Minitab software (version 16) and
Microsoft office Excel 2007 were used to perform correlations analysis.
