Who shall delete the DN and Shipment?
· If the shipment is under EX from NW, order owner is responsible to delete the DN and shipment. It’s NOT recommend forwarder doing so, because the responsibly is already aligned to order handler now. In case of any delay or wrong deletion, there would be unnecessary argument to forwarder.
· If shipment is already booked, which tender is AC or afterwards, please engage forwarder to delete the DN and shipment. Ideally, all issues shall be identified by forwarder in the beginning. But in case that is only found in a later stage, forwarder will need to cancel the booking. It would be inappropriate if shipment is deleted by order handler without any notification to forwarder.
