We are seeking qualified, experienced and highly committed persons to join our team in the following positions
Reponsibilities:
1. To analyze and consolidate data in HR initiative project and act as team member in complex HR initiatives and module of HR. Provide technical know-how and able to explain information/data/framework to HR staff. To participate and support an implementation of new initiatives.
2. To support and provide input in Human Resources policy including Human Resources Management Infrastructure, Functional Descriptions, Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation and Grade Structure/Level.
3. To maintain supportive HR Information System (HRIS), as well as analyze and prepare reports on human resources in order to ensure all units (internal or external) receive information in an efficient and effective manner. Also, consolidate and analyze data in order to support and HR trend forecast.)
4. To support the standardization and improvement of HR processes and coordinate with relevant parties in preparing manuals, forms, reports and process flows as well as, follow up the consequence after launching the new processes to ensure the processes are carried out correctly and efficiently.
5. Analyze Employee Engagement Survey (VOE) and HR Satisfaction Survey including contents, data analytics and create report to manager and senior management level.
Qualification:
1. Male / Female age not over 30 years old.
2. Master's Degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science or other related fields.
3. 0 - 3 years work experience (direct experiences in HR strategy will be advantaged).
4. Fluent in spoken and written English and proficiency in MS Office.
5. Strong analytical skills.
