2. Confirm the exact space of new office (currently estimate at 310.33 sq.m.) for us to conclude the appropriated design work of new floor plan and the related renovation and demolishment costs.
3. Provide the renewal lease agreement with the above detail (item 1 & 2) for our review and consideration
