Client has angry and called to us because after they was arrived and waited at the meeting point but they didn’t see sign board and airport representative.
- Office can’t reach AP by phone and line, So we’ve call to told driver to meet client at the meeting point. After we has found supplier didn’t send this job to airport representative that why nobody there.
This case can we charge from supplier? Do we have to give refunds money to client or just send email for apologize
