Sales and Service Network Development and Support Department
Acts as business advisor to other branches and delivered business solution response to system operation and follow up according to action plans
Works independently with other functions and branches to provide solution between to-be process and as-is process including tasks and workflows, map client’s current system link to the main Bank’s operation.
Responsible to identify pros and cons in current branch processes against new issues applied
Provides client support by working directly with Branch Manager in solving problems or making decisions requiring banking expertise or specialized knowledge.
Attends and/or assists with product training and informal workshops for client employees and fosters vendor relations to improve operation management.
Produce initiative Projects to Develop Branch Process. (Service and Customer Experience Process).
Re-Processing current Banking Process to minimizing operation cost. (Cost Saving)
Analysis all transactions that happened in Branch Operation to develop all process.
Supporting Corporate Customer and Products to use Retail Branch Channel.
Monitoring transactions data to protect Fraud activities.
