Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage administration process as customer inquiries
• Coordinate with insurance company and customer as customer inquiries.
• Assist Marketing team to run the operation process and after sale service
Education and/or Working Experience Required:
• Having knowledge of customer service principle and practice
• Having insurance product knowledge is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and writing
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
