I would like to call you sales meeting as above subject which you need to prepare information and detail for present.
I tell you the meeting by oral on Mon 22 which everybody know that but 304 team get appointment with MIT meeting same day.
So I need to postpone meeting to Wed 24 which everybody should be acceptance because of no time to change.
Something have to preparing for meeting as below.
1. What are your update customer on hand? (please sent to me within this Friday 19 which I will summarize selling detail to discuss with you)
2. Summarize your job in this year 2014 and please tell more detail for your main or important customers.
3. What are your target for selling and other in year 2015?
4. What are supplier which you must be participate and how you thinking and cooperate?
5. What are you recommend and need support from company?
