Have you ever been dreaming and suddenly realised you were! You were Lucid Dreaming. Did you try flying? Teleportation? Walking through walls perhaps?
Dreaming at night is a natural part of our lives and is often overlooked or taken for granted. Like a muscle that doesn’t get used properly it atrophies and gets weak. So we are usually forgetful of our dreams. Strengthen that muscle and another fantastic side of life opens up and Suddenly you can explore infinite possibilities in your dreams and bring back wisdom and experience to help in you in your every day life.
This winter Euphoria opens regular nights especially for dreaming where we will -
- Learn to remember dreams and record them
- Learn how to become conscious of when we're dreaming.
- Share experience and knowledge with other active dreamers
- Discover subtle energy and how to use it for dreaming
- Spend the night dreaming together exploring different dream preparation techniques
The night starts at 8pm where we will gather in the Euphoria lounge to get to know one another and explore the topic.
Some light exercises will be introduced and a meditation before sleeping in your own dorm bed.
You will be woken with a delicious warm breakfast served from 6.30am in the lounge to discuss experiences before getting back to the real world.
The night will be hosted by Jonathan Flack who is the owner and director of Euphoria. He has over seven years of experience now in the field of subtle energies and meditation.

Participants will need to bring -
- Comfortable clothes for stretching and light exercise
- A blank journal to record your dreams
- A sharpened pencil (Nothing plastic like pens or markers)
- A reading torch
- **Ear plugs** (to reduce ambient noise or interference from snorers)
- Night gowns or Pjamas as the dorm will be shared.
- Toiletries (ie toothbrush, soaps etc)*Euphoria provides towels
**Please try to eat very light during the day before the event ie, vegetarian, clear soup etc)
NB! Please check in before 8pm to be orientated with the Hostel and find your bed.
