In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
5-10 years of work experience
Prior experience in supply chain / logistics sales & marketing
Knowledge and experience in fulfillment process or eCommerce operations processes
Energetic leader: entrepreneurial, sales mindset, execution driven and hands-on
Data driven mindset and sharp analytical thinking
Ability to translate targets and priorities in actionable plans and drive execution against plan
Track record of delivering against sales targets
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Keen awareness of local culture and business practices
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Thai
