Thanks for good feedback from customer. it would be better to handle truck control in LCH, due to flexibility and close up monitor and co-ordinate with the booking team and CBR for GCL and we have 3 fleet controllers there as well as fleet manager who is a one of my headcount for the best supporting. regarding transition information, you have already the best SOP as well as MOM on the last meeting with SIN team which is like the Bible on hand, on the other in deep detail likes ad hoc or spot requirement out sight SOP/Bible would be better in the meeting on next Wed and would may have sever Q&A.
