In the increasingly fierce competition in a E-commerce
buyer's market, any information related to consumer
behavior extremely valuable to Merchant. A major challenge
of E-commerce is to understand customers’ needs, love, and
value orientation as much as possible, in order to ensure
competitiveness in e-commerce era. Web mining can be used
to find obvious data and data which have potential value.
E-commerce systems can improve the service capacity of the
consumer and competitive advantage.
