The possession and use of 32 assitive devices were found to be bivariately related to intention to use assitive devices, awareness of assitive devices, attitude toward assitive device use, subjective norm regarding assitive device use, self-efficacy concerning assitive device use, and socio-demographic characteristics. In regression analyses the intention to use assitive devices was found to be related to self-efficacy concerning assitive devices use, attitude toward assitive device use, and subjective norm regarding assitive device use.
