General HR:
• Monitor compliance of HR policies and procedures follow company objectives and compile with the employment legislations
• Assist all team members to understand the importance of people management and ensure good management practice being applied in the company
• Stay abreast of the current employment laws, practices and new trends and receive advice from supervisor to provide timely guidance and recommendations to employee as appropriate
HR Administration:
• Maintain and update all personal and HR related files / records and to ensure highest level of confidentiality is to be kept at all times
• Administrate and maintain up-to-date information, reports for processing payroll
• Responsible for carrying out exit interviews
• Provide monthly HR KPI reports
Recruitment and Selection:
• Ensure high quality procedures are in place which are in line with the legislative and company policy governing recruitment and selection
• Build on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles and appointment letters to ensure efficiency and develop uniformity across the company
• Coordinate internal announcement for job opportunities / develop applicant pools by arranging advertising or campus visit
• Carry out screening, conduct interview, test and reference checks
• Create the network by keeping the community / college contacts
Training and Development:
• Coordinate with cluster training and development executive in setting up individual / group courses
Employment Relations
• Carry out meeting with staff to identify and resolve problems
• Maintain and update the submission reports of staffs welfare programs
• Organize staffs activities and events
• Carry out activities survey
