Papa John’s is allowing their Facebook fans to enter a contest to create and name their own pizza. The winning creation “ultimately will be sold at Papa John’s” (Horovitz). In addition, “the promo offers to split a share of the profits, up to $10,000, with the winner” (Horovitz).
Pepsi has reached out to their Mountain Dew Facebook fans “to help develop a flavor, name and marketing plan for a new Mountain Dew drink” (Horovitz). The three final flavors (Mountain Dew Distortion, Mountain Dew Typhoon and Mountain Dew White Out) are in stores now through June 14th (Horovitz).
