Thai-Spiced Shrimp (Easy!)
You won't believe how easy this Thai-spiced shrimp is, and oh how wonderful it smells cooking in the oven. Just toss the shrimp in a simple mixture of spices and bake for 12 minutes and you have an easy entree or finger food ready to eat (note: the photo shows my shrimp at a little holiday party I threw - great with drinks!). The shrimp can be fresh or frozen, and you can either leave them as they are, or butter-fly them to make them stand up easier. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh coriander and a twist of fresh lime - mmm... delicious!
