The solid models of the parts were designed taking into consideration the main geometrical dimensions and the small variations were not designed (e.g. jump diameter under 2 mm, very small radius, adjustment curves, etc.). Any such small geometric dimension becomes a source of mesh failure (e.g. negative volume or distortion of elements) and has consequence in conversion of finite element analyses.
One of the most important problems that have to be solved in case of the finite element model is to realize the real connections and conditions between the parts [5], [6]. Thus, the parts’ connection types and their place on the electric motor structure represent another aspect that was took into consideration.
In the case
