- 17/11/2014 the insured has logged the complaint that he has requested to cancel the policy through TSR but he did not get premium refund. CCC staff has forwarded the complaint to TM support for investigation.
- 21/11/2014 DFW has contacted the insured then sent us an email to inform that their TSR admitted that she forgot to submit the insured’s request to GT.
- 25/11/2014 the insured has logged the complaint after DFW staff has asked him to find an evidence of policy cancellation. He told that he cannot find anything.
- 28/11/2014 the insured has sent the copy of ID card with the details of complaint.
