My path at Zappos began in September 2011 where I was fortunate enough to get hired into the customer loyalty team (CLT), also known as our amazing call center. One of Zappos’ core values is to “Pursue Growth and Learning.” So I did just that, and after six months I applied for an internal Z’Apprentice position in recruiting. From there I assisted with our tech department needs and got an opportunity to fill the shoes (pun intended!) of the college recruiting coordinator. While in this role, I helped recruit, organize, and manage our summer internship program! Just recently I was promoted to a recruiter role, and I now assist with our marketing and creative services positions. My journey here at Zappos is something that is always evolving, and I’m constantly faced with excitingly new day-to-day challenges.
