In this paper, Fig. 6 exhibits the results of adhesion force for specimens coated with Fusible Ni-SA-b (specimen B), Fusible Ni-SA-c (specimen C), NiCr-TS (specimen D) and NiCr-WEL (specimen E). As can be seen, obviously, the coatings of Fusible Ni-SA-b and Fusible NiSA-c led to much lower adhesion force between ash and specimen resistance of NiCr-TS and NiCr-WEL coatings. Therefore, it was found that the coating materials of Fusible Ni-SA-b and Fusible Ni-SAc exhibited relatively excellent performance to reduce the corrosion and ash deposition on the surface of heat transfer tube in waste incinerators.
