We can help you book the plane ticket and 4 nights hotel stay for your 2 assistants, and pay for them first. But, please understand that these expenses are considered production costs, which are the responsibility of the artist.
All production costs, including the Artist Fund, will later be deducted from the sales proceeds. I am afraid that we are unable to bear these costs, as this is a commercial show, and not an institutional one.
The gallery will be bear the cost for the following only:
- Art Stage Singapore booth cost (SGD 12,500)
- 1 return ticket for the artist
- 4 nights hotel stay for the artist
I have attached the Consignment Agreement as well. Please do take a look, and return the scanned copy after you have signed it.

If the dates are OK (18 - 22 January), I will book the travel for you and your assistants. This will be a busy period with many people coming to Singapore, so I will need to do it soon, before they are too expensive and the rooms are booked up.
