The lightweight performance of the adidas Adios Boost 2.0 midsole won over our test team. Fans of the original Adios racing shoe worried that going Boost would make the shoe go bust, but they were pleasantly surprised that the new material was instead a bonus. The ride was firm yet bouncy and provided excellent cushioning on a low-profile platform. Recommended for anything from a 5K to a marathon, the Adios impressed testers as a supportive racing flat or a lightweight trainer, especially for up-tempo work. Note: The upper is narrow and curved and didn't fit all testers comfortably. The outsole provides noticeable traction and durability.
