The geometry modeling methods mainly include poly
modeling, non-uniform rational b-spline curve modeling,
subdivision surface modeling technology.This paper uses
the polygon modeling. The polygon modeling is suitable for
creating object of regular shape and without surface.
Polygonal modeling can create a basic geometry, then
according to requirement modifier is used to adjust the
object shape. Main advantage is simple, convenient and
quick, but it is difficult to produce smooth surface.
Character models use the local to the overall production
process. A model of each part of the body is set up, and
then use the polygonal editing method to connect each part
model. This method is easy to depict the surface of the
model, but the overall performance of the model has some
difficulty. Face modeing and body modeling is shown in
figure.2 and the final character modeling is shown in
figure.3. We can use MAXscript to set interface and some
of the program is as follows.
