Understand business risk exposures of normal business activities, new activities, potential activities and any contractual insurance requirements.
Review the exposures and requirements to the existing insurance programs and update changes of material facts to the insurer and related parties.
Update, maintain, manage and negotiate the insurance renewal program and coordinate with various parties to archive tis matter. Support and coordinate with related parties in procuring a new insurance program.
Participate in risk survey and ensure the survey report and recommendations are in good attention to the persons in charge and deliver a good response to the insurer. Take part in insurance related meetings discussions and activities.
Organize insurance center files by handling and filing all insurance correspondences, policies, endorsements and related documentations and ensure the documents are in
good order. Deliver and distribute the documents to the necessary parties in accordance with the contractual Insurance requirement including coordinate for scheduling premium payment.
Coordinate and participate in incident claim survey. Monitor and follow up the claim progress until the case is closed.
Provide basic insurance knowledge to the site officers, frontline officers or interested persons.
Participate in new corporate business development projects and cooperate with the Project/Business Development and Engineering Departments, acquiring indicative terms and supporting during the negotiation processes.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields
Minimum 10 years working experience in insurance or related business with at least 5 years of experiences in power or energy industry dealing with international brokers and underwriters
Able to travel to and/or work in four southern border provinces during project development and execution
Good negotiation, communication and English communication skills
Effective training skills would be advantage.
