1. After received the expired cheque and stale cheque report from Collection, POS will map the customer’s information in Life/Asia for sending the informed letter to the customer.
When the customer send back their bank account for transferring the outstanding money, POS will issue memo to Finance to transfer money. Normally, we can maintain the outstanding
amount around 5 MB. Please see the SOP of Stale cheque as attached. This process is suspend temporarily because shortage of POS staff.
