First of all, I usually wake up in the morning for jogging or doing yoga before have breakfast, I always have breakfast because it's very important. I try to reduce a kind of dessert or oiled food whatever I never break it off completely. I did some research many vitamins or minerals dissolve in oil after that I have another meal normally and I often drink any water all day for good defecate. That's all is my routine of my diet dairy. I feel happy and healthy so much and also hope you to get healthy .
