Given the facts that the accused conspired with several accomplices to break into a residence and commit robbery, and then after some accomplices broke into the residence but before they commenced robbery, although an accomplice on watch unilaterally told by phone those accomplices who had already broken into the residence, “You’d better stop the crime. I’ll leave first,” the accused him/herself took no special measures to prevent the further commission of the crime but merely left the place where he/she had been waiting, together with the accomplice on watch and another accomplice, the initial relationship based on the conspiracy cannot be deemed to have been dissolved.
