Dear Sangcom,

The test file that you submit, is it the good file or the file that output the blank page?
The .pcl was tested using pagescope web connection > direct print and was printed out with no issue. (no blank page) The .cpt, I'm unable to open. Can you let me know the application to open this .cpt?
