Perceived Ease of Use was measured using a three-item scale, modified from previous Technology Acceptance Model research.
Respondents were asked to indicate the extent of their agreement with each item on a five point numerical scale, ranging from 1-strongly disagree to 5-strongly agree. An example of a perceived ease of use item is ‘‘It is easy for me to get the
groceries I want from the system’’. The Cronbach alpha obtained for this scale was 0.62, and is considered acceptable for research purposes
