• Deliver high-touch, high-class customer service
• Handle incoming customer interactions and processing request for optimal resolution on the first call
• Carefully listening to customers and determine and recommend appropriate services to address customer's needs
• Identify new/existing customers
• Maintain knowledge of latest information in products, services offered and accurately explain to customers
• Provide customers with service and package estimates
• Schedule/Reschedule jobs appropriately based on resources available and timeframes, pre-schedule when acceptable
• Allocate appropriate resources to each job
• Schedule follow-up stops
• Ask for pre-approved spend for repairs and a method to contact customer by phone if needed
• Ascertain how new customers heard about us
• Maintain work queues, completing all task timely
• Adhere to published work schedule at all times
• Attend training sessions when scheduled
• Update customers on the status of open cases when required
• Follow proper escalation procedures at customers request
• Update customer information as needed
• Take actions deemed appropriate for Customer resolution and Client retention.
• Other duties as assigned
