On becoming part of the Hollywood circuit, he was later romantically linked with several celebrities, including model Jaime King, Christina Milan, who he had a brief romance with in 2000, and his Into the Blue co-star Jessica Alba, who he met while shooting the film in 2003.
Alba expressed her sadness at his loss on Instagram, saying: "#RIP#PaulWalker He was such a sweet and grounded guy -my heart goes out to his family #sosad."
He was briefly linked to Denise Richards, but his last known girlfriend was Jasmine Pilchard -Gosnell. The couple were reported to have got engaged in 2008, but the rumours proved false and they broke up soon after.
Rarely commenting on his real life relationships, in a recent interview with WENN Walker spoke about the on-screen loves of his life saying: "As for the girls, I legitimately love Jordana (Brewster). We met when we were little kids hanging out on the first one (Fast & the Furious) when she was 17 years old. Michelle (Rodriguez) and I, we've been through it all. Michelle's like the most original person on the planet. She's so straight up, uncensored all the time. Be ready. I love her for that."
The actor's Fast and Furious co-stars have each been expressing their profoud sense of loss on his passing. Jordana Brewster tweeted quite simply: "Paul was pure light. I cannot believe he is gone."
Walker had been attending a fundraiser for Reach Out WorldWide when he was involved in a fatal car accident in Santa Clarita, California yesterday (November 30).
The actor was the passenger in a Porsche, which collided with a telegraph pole. Both the actor and the driver were pronounced dead at the scene.
Walker is survived by his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.
