As a matter of course, the training course planning should include time considerations for such items as enrollment ceremony, orientation and achievement evaluation. If the instructors have a say in the time scheduling - drafted time vs. actually needed instruction time - adjustment should be made in this stage. The adjustment, if needed, is carried out through the importance review of target objectives, especially through devising more efficient instruction methods. For example, some of the practice instruction needs only illustrative demonstration by the instructor, and omission of trainee practice may not undermine the training quality. Proactive use of good instruction materials (typically video) may help the instructor to try to make the training course more efficient.
